A question for the streamers here. How many of your top 10s are streams only and how many do you own?

I own six of them as CDs, three are Spotify streams (for now) and one (McL&Hr) was a loaner from a friend. The one that I probably won't buy in the future is Grundahl's mini-album since it's a CD-R only. I can make CD-Rs myself.

I own 4 of them as CDs and would buy another couple if they were available on CD.

Nice job, Jay. I don't even know half of those records. It'll give me something to do, checking them out. Hah hah. Isn't this the joy of being a music nerd? Plus, people here really love music unlike the other forum where I spent time that is focused on arguing about speaker cables.
I posted my metal list right after George's.
I also have a reissues list because, of course, I love old "jazz" so there were a ton of killers there this year. I didn't post that though I suppose I could create my own thread.

A question for the streamers here. How many of your top 10s are streams only and how many do you own? I own all of them. Only Joel's record is download only and I won't download unless it is lossless. MP3s are for casual listening. It's a shame - I emailed him when the record came out and encouraged him to bandcamp his stuff, which is such an amazing platform. Nothing yet.

Here are more fusion releases not on the list: Fazjaz Season IV Roggero Robin - Lo-Fi Antoine Fafard - Doomsday Vault McLaughlin/Herring _ Meeting of the Spirits ARC Trio
And a few borderline John Scofield - Combo 66 Chad Lefkowitz-Brown - Electric Band Jeremy Ledbetter Trio - Got a Light?
Can we gather all of them and sticky them at the top?

The Fazjaz is a 2012 release! How'd you get 2018 for that? The McLaughlin/Herring is called Live in San Francisco. The Fafard is mostly, a re-mix/re-issue, with only 3 new songs. It's also 2017

Sorry, my additions are haphazard because I was unclear about the format if the best-of archive.

A question for the streamers here. How many of your top 10s are streams only and how many do you own? I'm still a bit behind, parsing through 2018, But generally for the top ones, I'll buy the download on CDBaby or Bandcamp if available, but won't download - streaming is CD quality or better, so no need for the compressed CDBaby files. Plus, you can always download the files from the streaming services if you'd prefer to stream locally.
