I'm gonna say Hiromi on keys. Gotta have someone with fire to keep these oldsters going! She has the connection with Chick too, as well as already having done an album with Stanley and Lenny. Thought about sax or violin to make it a quintet, but I'll pass, I think.
Whatcha got?

There's only person who i feel can cover the classic RTF material and keep with those true legends and that's Hiromi. She's worked with Chick before as well as played with both Stanley & Lenny, she can channel the spirit of Chick with her piano and keyboard playing but still stay true to herself. She's the perfect and natural choice.

My second choice would be Gonzalo Rubalcaba. He's already Al D approved, and burns on piano as well as electrics, He did duet playing with Chick also, so I like the idea of him. He's not the songwriter Hiromi is though

He's not the songwriter Hiromi is though Gonzalo Rubalcaba is a very tasty player and one of the few people in the world who can play the parts of Chick plus as you say, he's already played with Al Di Meola, so the rapport is already there, he would be a 2nd great choice after Hiromi. I like him, he's a brilliant musician but i'm a Hiromi guy all the way
