Pity but there recent stuff has been OK rather than up to their earlier high standard.

What recent stuff? All they've done, post 2016 reunion, is recycle their old stuff. That was the problem for me, if any. I only need so many live albums. Write music!

Now, his replacement, Jeff Berlin has also left. I guess inactivity gets pretty boring.

New bass player has been announced, and it's Ric Fierabracci. Pretty sure they're gonna just go out and tour the back catalog. They haven't shown any inclination to be creative yet. Ric is plenty capable for the gig, beyond actually.

I've seen them a number a times over the last few years, they have played in my area. Bummer about Percy, but will definitely check them out if they swing through

The new drummer is 19 year old GREYSON NEKRUTMAN Who?? This cat have any credits? Probably hasn't had time to establish credits. I can't say I much care until they decide to drop the nostalgia and get creative. Dropping 50$ to risk COVID by jamming into the club they're playing here, just to hear the same greatest hits they've been playing for 5 years now doesn't hold a ton of appeal, for me.

The new drummer is 19 year old GREYSON NEKRUTMAN Saw some videos of the kid today. Huge talent, but a weird fit for this gig. He's an old school jazz style player. Comparisons to Buddy Rich are legit. Strange pick
